One thing I'm really thinking about doing is giving him some teeth in angry mode. Splash some white paint in his mouth and a little dab of black in the middle for a gap.

I was planning on doing that. Plus I need to repaint the eyes in "crazy mode," there was some paint buildup on one of the eyes.

I was sure that they were supposed to be Cyb Starscream type blades, now that just confirmed it!

I enjoyed the review as well; however, the positioning of Blitz's wings don't really bother me enough to cut the plastic ridges, and the fit of the backpack on the tabs isn't too tight. I did, however, do my customary paint detailing to make the character slightly more on-model; I am debating whether it would be a good idea to paint the space below his knees black...

 

 

 

Nice to know I'm not the only one who did that...just never bothered to post my paint job customs. Other paint customs that have included Animated are:

 

Separate nunchucks with an energy colored half and energy rope for Jazz

Details on various figures where they're lacking (Snarl Slag's collar, Leader Bulkhead's back door, some of the black spots like on noses and stuff, and brightened Grimlock's red a little bit on the dinobot mode)

Sentinel Prime's antennas (not easy btw, but worth it in the end)

The faction logos on Leader Megs and Bulky (didn't like the clear red faction logos, so painted them their respected colors)

 

All in an attempt to make them more show accurate.
