I liked it a lot and it is definitely way awsumer than Classics Starscream, but little Starscreams that are the same height as Mirage are cool too, I guess. :tftongue

When I pick up Classics SS, I can have make him dive and climb and bank and make "SWWOOOSHHHHH!" noises and not sit there and think "God, if I drop this thing I am totally going to :suicide." And I just walked into the store one day and picked him up off the peg.

Well, I can also transformer-ize Classics SS in under 30 seconds.

No kidding, most Japanese store exclusives are pretty darn expensive, I bet the price ends up just about the same as the BotCon version - if not more expensive, as people drive up the price thinking that "this is now really my last chance to get a Classics Thundercracker."

Honestly, I don't care.

 

I much rather get Acid Storm then Thundercracker. Looks far more interesting and at least it's somewhat new. That's the one thing I really didn't like about the Botcon set: while the regular classic seekers had updated paintjobs, the botcon version were too muck like G1. I've seen plenty of kitbashes en digibashes in which other seekers (esp Thundercracker) received updated colors while still being instantly recognisable as TC. This Henkei version is just boring for me.

 

But I'm happy for everyone who really wants this. (And am secretly hoping for a Thrust :P.)

Back when Hasbro released Skywarp & Ramjet, I made sure I got extras to do some kitbashing just in case...I even bought an old Thrust for the wings! But man, that'd save me a lot of time if I didn't have to kitbash Skywarp to create Thundercracker!

 

I just knew someone would give us more Classic seekers under $300!
