Grey, following just like the little LOC figure as a color guide.

Wow....those look freaking sweet. The heads I purchased from a board member on TFW, I can't rememeber his name right now but if anyone is interested in it PM me and i'll find out. The idea of painting the windows sounds cool but I'll leave that up to Sami as she's got the items in hand knows if they need to be touched up or not.

 

On a side note I just want to thank Sami again for helping me with my customs. She's done many for me in the last few months and along with the ones i'm working on it brings the total to about 10 or 12 customs to add to my collection.

Thanks, glad you're liking them..And the Sunstorm is looking 100 times better this time around too..Here's more updates..heads paints, still need to do the eyes, and then just the touch ups and details.

Those heads painted add so much more to the custom...great job. I would have to say better then the botcon set by far. Can't wait to see what details you put into them and also looking forward to seeing how sunstorm is coming along.

were the heads from sculpt-bot? there's a second guy (can't think of name) who also is making them over there.

I forgot to mention, I Love the two-tone gray and silver combo on Ironhide. Originally, I thought Ratchet might be a little two white and need some breaking up, but I'm looking at him now from all around and it looks really good afterall. Definitely captures that G1 feel in both of them.

Yep...that's who it was. I couldn't remember his name. He also made me a few other heads that are on projects that i'm working on.

I'm totally interested in a Ratchet head to plop on to the TFA figure...
