i don't think it was a dead horse as much as an horse that always came in second but never won the big one so the trainer took it out back to shoot it but his little daughter was crying so let her keep it as a pony...

Jazz!! Can't ... sto...op stop ... drooling!! I want's muh Jazz!! I've always thought that Jazz should come out this way with the Shocky stock kit. He just looks totally awesome! If I were able to find another Shockwave this is exactly what I wanted to do. I just hope to see an American rendition to the new Jazz that includes the racing stripes n the silver chrome body. I wouldn't even mind the white body just as long as this comes with the racing kit. I think my alts/bt's would be pretty complete with him in the group. as far as Bluestreak, I also think that I'd be fanboying out more if the color scheme was more Diaclone than just a naked Smokescreen. He looks cool and all and I still love that brilliant blue but I think that a more g-1 styled Prowl would have gotten more acclaim. I am excited that more BT's are being produced though. Maybe there's gope still yet for the Alts. I know I still love 'em and would love to see more molds and other designs. ^_~

Update: Yesterday I received an email from BBTS stating that the die-cast metal content will be the same as their original releases.

 

BINALTECH BT-19 & BT-20 UPDATE: We've just received news from Japan that

Takara will resume manufacturing Binaltechs with die-cast metal parts!

Suppliers have confirmed that they expect these to have roughly the same

amount of metal as the early versions - hoods, body panels, doors, etc.

Right, that's what Binaltechs are. And I'd rather spend $55 on die-cast BT's than $75 on all-plastic KISS Players.
