a jlu transformers elseworlds coninuity

Recommended Posts

people i got a question

how would it go over with both fanbases if dc and idw worked together to create an elseworlds continuation of the dc animated universe or as one could also refer to it the timmverse that was set after the end of batman beyond?

one that in the first book of say a 3 , a 6or even a 9 book storyline would make it rather clear over time that as the living android amazo journeyed throughout the universe one of the alien worlds and civilisations he encountered was literally cybertron and the transformers.

say with the storyline building up in such a way over time that as the jlu went on to face the greatest threates to earth and the universe they would learn over time that they ahve a greater number of ever expanding allies they even they had ever once thougth possible. a large number of allies that up to that point in time they were beforehand entirely unaware of

in short people the general idea being that amazo himself would exist in the role of a cybertronion autobot representative to the jlu with the autobots becoming over time a sort of off world extension of the league

Crossovers never work, big waste of time.

Devil's Due disagrees.

DC isn't able to do anything like that anymore. Infinite Crisis limited them to 52 universes, and most of them are already set.

Elseworld is still no holds barred. just call it an "Immaginary" story where Optimus Prime becomes a Green Lantern.

if any one bot could handle the role it would be either springer or vector prime.

The only TF crossover that worked well was the G2 GI Joe crossover.

Hell! you got my vote! I been started a tread asking if TFs would be better off paired with DC rather than thoes "boo hoo, no body understands me & my pain, genetic mis-haps" AKA Xmen.

in other words, TFs need to drop thoes zeros & get with some Heros!

I think maybe a Green Lantern crossover would be nice. If Cybertron were in the DCU, it would make sense for there to be a Green Lantern from Cybertron.

hound as a green lantern lol now hat's funny.

i always figured vector prime or springer or springer wold be suitable candidates for the role
