so u think hasbro and hollywood is going to stick with names from previous shows? thats stupid i bet you they are going to have made for movie bots with new names. if your lucky maybe Paximus might be used.

actually...for the decepticons, since Megs will be a tank, keep the military theme and have them be the combaticons. Keep starscream as the jet. For the climatic battle, they combine to bruiticus and have him tear things up while prime and megs go at it

Howbout they ghange it from Decepticons to Alquducons and Megatron can can turn into Osuma Bin loden, and his #2 can trun into Saddam :tflaugh

Who says I don't know whats funny :tfevil Protectobots

*sigh*

me

Has Anyone else seen I, Robot. Now I can't wait for Transformers to come out. Also the robots in that movie reminded me of Microman figures. With there silver parts and transparent parts.

I can't wait to TF the movie comes, just hope they do the characters justice

for me

autobots:

prime

prowl as the cold harted 2nd in command

preceptor as the brains but change his alt mode to somthing not crap

ironhide as the old timer and primes best friend

bumblebee cute guy girls/kids would like most

hound could be the more up beat counter part to prowl

tracks as the vain guy

decepticions:

megs

star scream

thunder cracker

sky warp

devistator/constucticons

sound wave keep the chest thing and ditch the idea of cd's casettes and give him some sort of audio based alt mode like a radio van

and sun storm just as he was in the DW comic

i think they should leave the combiner gestalts out till the next movie, omega supreme and the constructicons could be the section before the credits and after that forward the present day and the decepticons plans to build the stunticons.

wait a minute......

best think of the first movie first. military vehicles for the decepticons is a good idea as it represents their war like beliefs, when the movie is made the makers should look at who the faveroute characters were and are .

Transformers Director Contenders!

-----------------------------------------

"Producer Don Murphy recently posted a message at his official site where he revealed who two of his favorite contenders are to direct the live-action feature film version of The Transformers.

Murphy said that chances of executive producer Steven Spielberg directing Transformers is "a long shot – he is doing his 1972 Olympics film for a year and we need to be shooting by June 05." He also confirmed that Robert Zemeckis passed on the project ages ago.

So who then are Murphy's two faves to helm the movie? None other than Roland Emmerich (ID4) and Jonathan Mostow (Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines)." - Ign.com

I still hope the Cons arent blacker than black and that the Bots arn't whiter than white.
