I dunno if these things are worth the $10 price tag. I picked up Barricade today, and it just didnt impress me. He's kinda small, smaller than the Deluxe Class Barricade. His legs just annoy the crap out of me cuz they make him look so squat, and they were also on the wrong sides of his body. There is so much more paint apps on the box art then there is on the figure (nothing new). Here's some pics:

I bought Barricade today, cos I love the guy. And yes, I'll buy that FAB version too, cos I'm a kook! :07dance

 

It's not just his lower legs that are misplaced, his arms are too. I first noticed the POLICE on his arms looked like it was going the wrong way. After checking THIS CG render, it was clear that they didn't just paint the word on wrong, it's his arms that are incorrectly switched. Obviously this was assembled by someone who knew nothing about Barricade's design, which would be pretty much most of humanity. These things are all kinds of messed up, but I still like about half of them.

Oh, and just to note, the feet should have the "<"-shaped ends facing front.

I take back what i said about the robot replica's, io went to Walmart to grab an ironhide... and i saw a bumblebee robot replica it hought screw the ironhide and grabbed the robot replica instead. It's a really good figure besides how alot of parts aren't painted (the wheels on his back are gray O.o). But still not a bad figure.

Well, does anybody have newer pics of RR megatron bewsides the hasbro ones?

I've seen RR Megs, Barricade, and Bumblebee - Bumblebee and Megatron seem pretty decent to me - just need some additional paint apps and touch-ups here and there and they'd be good to go. Barricade's Head is too tall and he overall seems wierd to me somehow. But I think I might buy Megs and Bumblebee. I definitely gonna get a Frenzy and paint him movie-accurate.

I just want RR Frenzy and Jazz, as we've still not gotten a decent version of either of them and they were my two favorite characters in the flick.

The only one decent enough is Megatron, the others are just looking cheap. :roll

I picked up the RR Bumblebee to help ease the pain of not being able to find the deluxe '09 Bumblebee. It's OK, but not great. The paint is a bit sloppy on the chest and door panels. He's not quite as articulated as I thought. The knees don't bend the way I'd like for one thing. Still, he's not a bad display piece. Here's a pic.

 

Well you can take BB's head off on the RR and put it on the deluxe BB 09.
