That whole emotionally engaging thing Bay was talking about sure does look cool. I'm all for the new Bumbly-bee

I think BB is going to be doing most of his communicating in robot mode with his eyes/facial expressions, so that's why they made them look as emotional and human as possible.

From what the prequel Comic states: Bumblebees vocal Processors where crushed by Megatron, and unable to be repaired. So in the movie he communicates through his face and "radio" hence the Song in the ultimate Bumble toy. I bet he "talks" through song spurts..
