Universe Whirl is such a strange choice. Of the G1 characters I really like Grimlock, a happy medium between the cartoon/toy design and an updated look. Even better, he's in dino mode, not robot mode, Galoob could learn something from this figure. Prowl looks pretty good too, giant gun aside. Soundwave looks good, but his head seems to be a mess. Bumblebee is too bulky.

One other thing, I really wish we had gotten a repaint of Skyblast, especially if it looked anything like that Thrust Attacktix. He was easily my favorite Omnicon, it's just a shame that he was practically the only Energon basic figure that didn't get a repaint by either Hasbro or Takara. They got a lot of mileage out of his spear, but no love for him...

Some of those figures just made me laugh, why o why do they insist on a working firing mechanism on those?

isn't that sorta how you play the game?

It is indeed how the game is played. And it's a lot more challenging/fun than meets the eye -- don't knock this game until you've honestly tried playing it.

I don't like the repaints - and I especially don't like the return of more Decepticlones, which I disliked in the first series because they're non-toy based. They should be spotlighting more toy-based TFs like some of the other Terrorcons.

i tell ya, i thought i could go without them, but thanks to shortpacked i realy wanna play them, and damnit, they had to get a g1 soundwave didn't they? i guess there will always be something tf related to blow some cash on... i feel like a star wars/star trek nerd now... :redface

do me a favor guys, if i ever decide to turn my car into the Ark or the Nemesis, just call the looney bin for me, please?

man, i'm glad to see a second wave, I need to start buying up the singles of eBay and what not, they don't do me much good in box (minus the nice window box sets).

I wants them!

Grimmy are awesome!!!

Awesome! New Attacktix. I'm pretty sure that Galvatron was/is supposed to come with the Transformers Attacktix Carrying Case that they forgot to bring to Botcon.
