It's not the worst mistransformation I've ever seen. I remember when Energon Megatron looked like a pile of rubble.

I remember that. I also remember asking how the frak they could have messed him up that bad. His transformation was one of the easiest of ALL TIME! :tflaugh

There should be a version of BT/ALT Skids that comes with a plushie version of one of his nightmare realm monsters!! Ooh!

 

They should've done him as a BTA or KISS PLay with Charlene as his driver/partner! That would've been perfect (and entirely in context with G1!!)
