Is there any word if we'll see Classics Dirge and Thrust? They can easily alter the Ramjet mold to fit on Dirge's and Thrust's wings.

 

 

At the moment I've got G1 Starscream, Masterpiece Starscream and the RM Skywarp and Thundercracker set. I'd like to complete my set of seekers with the Classics variant conehead seekers if possible. But before I preorder Ramjet (whenever that will become possible) I'd first like to know if Dirge and Thrust are planned as well.

The only classic seekers known of for certain are Starcream, Skywarp, and Ramjet. They may do the others, but no one knows at this point if they will.

Since we haven't heard the entire line-up for the next two waves, it wouldn't surprise me if we got a Thundercracker individually packaged in one of them to complete that trio.

 

Dirge and Thrust would rule, but I'm not holding my breath. If we do get them, I'd expect them to be only repaints of Ramjet, wings and all....which I wouldn't mind at all.

well the line up for the next wave of autobots is pretty final: jetfire for the voyager and grimlock and mirage for the two deluxes.

 

But as far as what's next for the cons is still kinda of mystery. Ramjet is a definate but then there needs to be at least one more deluxe and a voyager yet there are no more voyagers that fit the need to be cons so in this case we need another two deluxes. We may see at least three new deluxes for the con side of the house for wave 2.

 

See you can figure that each wave shipment will be worth about $80.

It would be $40 for the autobots and $40 for the cons.

 

Basicly for the pattern to continue we need to see at least two deluxes with one voyager ($10 X 2 + $20) or four deluxes ($10 X 4) for each side.

 

So for wave 2 we already have our count for the autobots. The cons have either 2 or 3 more slots to fill.

 

My guess will be that one of those slots will be a starscream repaint to thundercracker and then the remolds for thrust and dirg only seem logical.

Seeing that there is no candidate for voyager on the cons side I would guess we'd get the rest of the seekers at this point.

 

Also there is a wave 3 as well. it has been confirmed that cosmos will be a deluxe autobot on the way. Based on this $40 for cons and $40 autobots model it looks wide open for the cons side for just about anything. w/ the autobots for wave 3 we have filled in two spot already; cosmos is one and cliff jumper is the other. so that leaves up with either 2 more deluxes or one more voyager. There are no more lucky autobots that could fit a voyager slot so I wager that we'll see two more famous, fan boy wanted cars taking these slots...jazz or wheeljack anyone? For the cons it is anybodies guess. But again it is another hopfull oportunity to see the reast of the seekers regardless.

Actually I thought the Prime/Megs set was a TRU exclusive and Magnus/Skywarp was a Target Exclusive.
