i could die happy if they add galvatron and cyclnus to the titanium line.

anyone else get a fanboner over the thought of a g1 magnus titanium? his cab wouldnt even have to transform. just make it a part of the bot mode like in the toon. kind of what they did for the rid titanium prime ala no basic bot mode.

We're able to choose from any segment of the Transformers. Wheatear in the future, it might be Beast Machines, or G1. It can be from any. We're not restricted to any series at all. We can go into the comic books. We have War Within. Optimus Prime is from War Within. Thundercracker is from War Within. The Megatron is from one of the GI Joe comics.

HECK YEAH

Bring on the BM and WWII toys!!! :boogie

World War 2?

Yes.

*head assplodes*

BTW i know that hasbro can't make everyone happy but they sure as hell are trying lately and i know that the fandom will be forever negative about most things but cooooome ooooon how much more g1 esque can they get?  These toys along with the classics are what the g1 fandom has been waiting for.  Now if you aren't a g1 fan per say then say so so we can all understand the reason for your lack of enthusiasm for these awesome toys.

This is why you love MP Starscream, right?

They have a wonderful price. I'm happy bout that.

that would be cool... and given what they said about the Tit's having to be all one piece, it'd be pretty much guaranteed that there would be no white Prime.

WHICH WOULD BE GREAT B/C DW RETCON IS GHEY and stuff

scourge is best lookin imo

and maybe wwPrime but further they is okay

i love my THS-02 don't get me wrong... but $50 for a 4.5 inch figure as opposed to $16 for a 6" figure *does math*

THS Convoy has more articulation than any of those 6" cans figs could dream of. The packaging is awsome. Almost every thing included is fully painted. I'll admit, he shouldn't have been a penny over $29.99 at the most but I'd gladly buy him over the Titanium figs.

Mini MP Prime w/more accessories than you could ever ask for >>> Stiff Megs that vaguely resembles something in a comic

a penny over 30 bucks??? shoot

for a teeny novelty Prime that doesn't go with anything else ever, I'd pay maybe ten bucks if I were feeling generous

He is to scale with MP Screamer. FWIW.

But seriously LMH - you are over 30 what do you need him to "go with"? how often do you have battles with your toys? reenact scenes from the movie?

THS2 is an awesome Figure - that can stand alone.

On Topic - I really like the Titanium series (it makes me laugh to see the name of our new Tf series being posted as Cans :lol) Although i agree that maybe a more diplomatic use of the DieCast would yeild better figures.

I also dont understand why they SW team is putting their hands in the TF pot so much nowadays. Well i take that back. I do understand. its just dumb though. You would think they at least would have some TF guy supervising.

I'm over 30 and I buy toys, what's your point? I like to collect a group of figures from a given line... one-offs have less appeal to me

that's just my opinion of course, I'm sure that many many people are quite happy with him

edit: BTW lolz to the MP starscream comment :tflaugh

In Don's defence though from what I've read he's being severely limited as to what he can and can not do in this line. As said in the interview he basically has to design these things so there the same size, and price point. Not to mention transform as one piece.

So he essentially designs a Deluxe-sized figure. Oooo, how restrictive. :roll

Guess I forgot to mention somewhere in there he also has to deal with a large amount of dicast metal opposed to plastic. IMO G1 had a perfect mix of both dicast and plastic and for the most part it meshed together really well. (Primes cab, nost hoods etc.) This line is simply suffering from too much. How are ball joints made of plastic supposed to support limbs of metal anyhow. Very impratical for the most part. As said Don's doing a decent job designing Hasbro just has to do two things at this point. 1. Balance out the excecution 2. Boot the SWs team altogether and bring in people who actually know a thing or two about TFs.
