I remember the guy I hated the most was Bumblebee. Then I re-watched Season 1 on DVD and I changed my mind. There is someone worse than Bumblebee, but butts heads with Season 3 Daniel. And that would be HUFFER I HATE THAT GUY! STFU ALREADY!

So why the hell did I read all that again....? :wtf

 

Personally I don't think G1 Bumblebee has anything on either Warpath, Powerglide or Seaspray. They IMO were the most obnoxious characters throughout the series. Though Bumblebee's only real purpose was to be paired up with Spike and related to the 5+ audience he was still a decent character.

 

Though I really didn't care for him in the G1 series the Marvel comics series really is what brought the character to life for me.

 

As for the hate, yeah everybody's entitled to there own opinion but in my own I can't honestly see how somebody can be a true Transformers fan and hate not only Bumblebee but optimus Prime as well. Early G1 was basically structured around these two characters. Then again I for one really despise G1 Megatron for being a pathetic excuse of a leader and obnoxiously over the top but meh, I guess to each his own.

 

Reguarding Classics Bumblebee. It's about damn time the character got a decent representation. Now here's hoping to see updates of Brawn, Gears, and Cosmos. :thumb

I didn't and for the most part couldn't care less. Beast Wars 2 or whatever the hell it was has to my knowledge absolutely nothing to do with G1 Bumblebee.

 

G2 Bumblebee/Goldbug is pretty cool though.
