That's more than I paid for Magnus. 

 

I'm sure its worth it (unless they start turning up cheaper)

 

I mean I was going to just MAKE one, as good as or better than the non transforming version out there, probably for way less than what the best ones are going for.  But this thing is a total enlarged G1 version, and looks like it will work rather well. 

 

I am even considering hanging a new set of shelves just for the MP's. 

 

Making my own stickers, thanks but I'll save the $10 and be able to say YES I MADE THE STICKERS!!!  You'd think for $100+ it'd be on there.

Nah, don't think you've lost your mind, since that's how much KoolToyz lists the MP-1 Transforming Trailer for (albeit it's $150 Canadian dollars though) :tftongue

its actually a great piece. i dont have it because im hating on trailers because i have about 10 prime trailers from my g1 primes and it taking up space and at times i just want to throw them away lol ok but its a awesome piece from what i seen and touch and my cuz dont regret spending 150(shipping a killer)

I have it, got it for 120 shipped, and I'm pretty happy with it.  The fact that it has the working launcher for Roller, and hte oversized roller to go with it, the working missle launchers, and the hoses and gas nozzle are all nice.  Really makes it a nice peice.  Its sturdy and looks good with MP Prime.  Still probably way over priced, but since I wanted a Trailer for my MP Prime (the only prime I own actually) its worth it to me.

There is only ONE trailer that I'd want to get for my 20th Prime....

Of course that would cost A LOT more than $150! On ebay, I'm sure you'd probably have to add a zero to that, and that might not even be enough.

 

I just wish I had the money to get one when this guy was making them for sale, his price probably will turn out to have been a MAJOR bargain.

I have it and I like it. I have to agree that it is way overpriced. That's the price you pay someone else for a piece that is not officially produced or licensed from HasTak, but makes a great addition to the toy. Same as the gun barrels with Alt Wndcharger and Decepticharge.

 

I never had a G1 Prime and I would be kicking myself if I did not get a trailer to complete Masterpiece Prime. Looks good, but again it is overpriced.

How does unoffcial make the product any less enjoyable if it's high quality?

there should be an ultra magnus trailer so MP Magnus can have his super mode. Or if people don't own him they can do it to Prime :tftongue  :tftongue

I talked to the dealer, he's actually the guy who made the product.  Having dealings with TransRepro, I have to figure it probably cost in the ball park of $50 or so to make, and then the screws and such to make it work.  SO I'd guess he's making $40 or so on the deal. 

 

$40 to make something like that is not that big a deal at all really.  One decent night out with my girl cost about that much. 

 

I am wondering if he'd make the Magnus trailer, with some modifications (such as the shoulder locks) and maybe if I'd loan him the dune buggy he could make repro's of that as well...

 

I was going to make a trailer my self (infact found one the right size the day after I sent the funds) but being this is exactly the same as the G1 trailer why bother? 

 

Hmm, custom Diaclone driver that might fit in the pod as well as Prime's driver seat???
