honestly though, the only way i can see this going is with anakin and senator palpatine

 

while the idea is incredibly terrible (maybe not terrible, but incredibly cheesy), all the other suitable choices are spoken for, and count dooku isn't up for the running as he doesn't have any connection to the death star other than being a sith.

 

while technicly both anakin and palpatine have been used, they where used under different personas.  that and some part of me just thinks that the referance of these two combining forces (both in the movie and in ds tf) is just kinda neat.

 

realy though, they should have thought this through better and the death star should have been in the making from day 1.
