You guys have no idea how friggin' sick I am of hearing people whinge about the fact that Alternator Tracks is yellow. News flash, people: no matter how much you might want it to be, Alternators is not G1. It may have the same continuity, but the shells and systems used have changed, which has of course led to colour changes.

 

And just generally, why do you care? Tracks can be yellow, blue, purple, polka-dot yellow and pink. He's still Tracks. Just LET IT GO!

Oh, and what may or may not be a "prototype" for same. Although, to me, it looks like nothing so much as a half-finished/partially-rendered CGI model. *shrug*

That was my whole arguement all along. It seems that Takara/Hasbro had to make Jazz just based on the strength of the Mazda site. Coincidence?

You're absolutely right DLP. We're now whining about an unfinished toy. Why is it people have difficulty accepting that?

 

If it was a kitbash then I know of no model kit of the RX-8 that comes without clear windows.

 

The eBay seller has a good reputation and has sold a bunch of other actual test shots.

 

It's looks small and "off" because of the lack of comparison objects and the pictures taken aren't exactly Remy quality.

Dude, you sound just like these buttmunches! Seriously, I agree. You should all be enthralled that a more obscure character like Tracks got and Alternator at all. So its not just like G1, so what! It has all the basic visual cues that say "Tracks" and looks good. In fact its a work of art. Same goes for Meister. So shaddup, whiners!
