New Transformers for $3.00!

Recommended Posts

Yep just like it says.

Wal-mart on Long beach blvd in downtown long beach, CA.

I'll post pics soon as proof......but I got Downshift and Crosswise for $3.00 each.

All deluxes are $3.00 at this wal-mart. Even te deluxes set up with the bonus minicons.

The funny part is that the sticker or tag price is 9.97 but when it is scaned it scans 3.00.

Lucky me. I don't know how long this will last (it's not an official sale, Ithink it is an official mistake). I'm thinking going back for the cyber defence hot shot.....maybe....

Every other transformer size, from basic to voyager (all they had) was still standered price as well as altinators and the SWtransformers.

I've heard of similar mistakes like that. I picked up my 2 Liger Zero X's for 2.97 each from TRU, when the regular Liger Zeros were $9.95 (with less stuff).

It really is an issue of the computer glitching.

I once got Energon Ironhide and Jetfire for $4.95.

I still felt ripped off.

probably won't happen in my walmart

Well, the thing to ask yourself: Is it in the corp-wide computer?

The problem with Wal-mart is that they don't use a centralized pricing computer, like places such as TRU do. They do "regional" pricing a ton more.. I've seen differences in price with Wal-marts 5 miles apart.

So here's a really good question: Why does my local Kay-bee sell Energon Demolisher for $15, Cybertron basics for $10, Deluxes for $15, the 2-packs of basics for $13, and Dark Scorpinok for $36?

I once got Energon Ironhide and Jetfire for $4.95.

I still felt ripped off.

:lol

Here's the proof.

TRU uses a central pricing computer? huh...maybe I should ask them to update on G1 Reissue Riccochett. He's still ringing up full price($34) here, while several other TRUs had it crazy priced like $3 or less.

But, that's a nifty deal Skullfire...after the TRU Ricchochett stories though, I don't think I'm gonna be getting excited and rushing down to my Wal-Marts.

Aoi

Here's the proof.
