Prime and Primal

Recommended Posts

I haven't read all the theories but I just think that Prime is a pretty secretive guy, doesn't let to many people in to the true Prime inside, so I think he probably knows that Primal or a future version of a Transformer had posession of his spark and just doesn't tell anyone so it doesn't screw up history.  Seems like the Prime thing to do.

This would go along with Megatron too, because we know Megatron sent a message to a future version in the Golden Disks.  If BW Megs had his spark in him, then he knew that there would be a nother possible Megatron leader and thus came up with the backup plan to begin with.

I prefer not knowing EXACTLY what the matrix is or what sparks are. It adds to the mythology and mystery.

I do believe that when Primal and Megs 2 used and intergrated the sparks of Optimus and Megatron into their own beings there was a sate of conciousness and awareness for the time that their sparks entered into another vessel.  I can easily see Prime keeping a few things under wraps only to secure the fututre.

I got my own thalts on this. but what if Optimus prime and Optimus primal did

know each other exsisted. The Transfromers and the beasties alike have allways

had time travile problems yes. i mean this gives me a headache just thanking about it  :redface

If one or the other messed with time i supose it is possible.

And my opinion with the personality problem, there !NOT! the same guy THERE IS ONLY ONE OPTIMUS PRIME. But yes i supose the other can influence the other

and as you know any thang can happen in the Transformer, and Beast world.

[i can`t thank of any thang to suport the idea right now but i`ll get own that]

Read my last post carefully. I just said that it all comes from official sources. There are some spots where I've invented stuff to try to fill in gaps, but in instances, I will have clearly stated that they are just my own personal theories and not canonical facts.

Otherwise, everything there is canonical fact. Feel free to cross-reference it with G1 sources if you doubt it. If you find anything that seems contradictory, LMK and I'll attempt to justify it, or heck, if you can prove yourself correct, I'll make an amendment.

We also know that Primacron is the last of his kind, after Unicron betrayed Primacron and devoured his world.

Where does it say that Unicron Devoured Primacron's world?

Yes his assistant says that Unicron rebelled, but It never said that he ate Primacron's homeworld. How de we know Primacron is the last of his kind?

Hang on, lemme watch that episode again and check for you...

*grabs DVD*

(to be continued)

Okay, having re-watched the episode, I'll concede that it never states that Primacron was the last of his kind or that his homeworld was devoured by Unicron. I'll obviously be amending that next time I update that web page. :P

However, this doesn't fundamentally change my theory insofar as Primacron and his people being elicited into constructing his physical mechanical form - with Primacron as chief architect - and then ultimately betraying them. As the web page says, this is all my personal theory and that official canon has yet to satisfactorily address the whole Unicron-origin paradox. My theory addresses it, but it's not official canon (as my page admits).

One interesting thing I noticed while rewatching that episode... Primacron looks a lot like a Quintesson. What do you guys think?

...so from this similarity, I've thought of another theory!! (wheee) It's possible that Primacron's people, who provided the labour into building Unicron's physical body, were betrayed and in turn rebuilt into bio-mechanical servants for Unicron, known as the Quintessons. The Quintessons have always appeared to be bio-mechanical in nature, and also, we know that they were servants of Unicron - servants who ultimately betrayed Unicron.

Furthermore, the planet where Primacron is found on kinda looks a bit like Quintessa, only organic. Coincidence?

Probably.  :P

I probably sound like one of those kooks who can see Jesus in their breakfast...
