dont warry unless they use the Jazz  the NSX-R is the only ideal car they can use ( but that just went out of production)

 

IMO i want to see more from toyota and myabe nissan now e.g the yaris/vitz or the micra/march eather could replace VW also i want to see the new skyline GT-R or the 350z as an alt

the civic looks really good.

even though every fan in the world already called this (Han + Chewie = Falcon) it still looks pretty awful IRL.

 

Which makes me think that the Alternators concept isn't really too far away from SWTFs anymore. "Everyone's a car!" didn't raise any eyebrows when we were talking about G1 guys who actually had been cars, but now..... it's just getting silly to me. I predict that before the Alt line ends we'll see a complete WTF Alt that's like Sky Lynx or something.

What you say is true because this takes away from the concept of Soundwave having his minions.  I was looking forward to see SW with some gimmick with some of his well known cassettes. Now two so far have their own vehicle modes. 

I would think that eventually Soundwave's cassettes would get tired of being in his chest all the time and would want to be their own bot.  Was Soundwave and his minions relationship ever explained in the comics? *never read the comic and the show wasn't that deep to say the least*

First off though - the pic is horrible, and it looks like the figures have great playability.  Anyway how can you judge those pics?

 

For example -i love my X-wing and i thought the pics looked horrible.  But he is a fun figure.  and everyone thought Obiwan had a potbelly - NOW hes like toy of the year or something silly.

 

I want to see the falcon in better pics.  I am not saying that the SW figs dont have a WTF aspect about them but there is a charm as well.

 

As for the tapes.... the onlyone that *came* with soundwave was Buzzsaw, and the most reecognizable would be Laserbeak, so uh... i dont know why anyone would be concerned.....

not true -

A) Tape ravage is inside the tapedeck of BT ravage.

B) BTs are made by humans - not cybertronian transformers

There is a reason why the starfighter got best toy; first off it is nearly perfect in alt mode from top to bottom.......nothing tells you it's a robot. It has ALL of the features of the original 3 3/4 scale toy. But wat really put this ting over the edge was that the bot head is the only one that looks the most far removed from looking like the pilot.

 

The bot head looks more like an anicient transformer like, bulkhead, Alpha trion, and  vector prime. The head looks nothing like Obi Wan which IMO is GREAT!

 

Then there's the pilot handleing in bot mode.......check it out the pilot seat moves back so that the pilot will be facing the right way in mech mode. The vader and the x-wing had a hard time with that.

 

Well I can go on and on so I'll save that for my review.

They weren't used much really, other than the first four issues. Except Ratbat who was not Soundwave's minion at all and was the leader of the Cons at one point.

Rat Bat became leader of the decepticons for a bit....

 

not sure how he worked out the sleeping arangments though.
