I set a Go-Bot on fire each time I open a tf.

Once I get to the car, it comes open.

One time I had to wait until I got home, I was the longest car ride I have ever had. it felt like it took days.

This is why most of the time, TF boxes aren't in the best shape for me.

Then I transform them, and fiddle with the alt mode, and transform them back fiddle, repeat.

When I order something online, I watch for the truck daily.

And stew about it until it comes.

i wait a time before i open them, then i put them on the shelf and ignore it for a time and admire them in phases (more fun).

i have tried to open the packages in phases when i get a big lot, but it's too hard  :tfsad

I am pretty sure that I told the UPS driver that I loved him and gave him a hug when he brought me MP Prime (no I am not gay, gotta girlfriend and everything). I was just a little excited I think. I don't really remember what happened, but that is probably a good thing. :D

Whenever I get a new TF I transform them by following the instructions. Sure, most don't need any explanation, but it's a ritual I follow with my new Lego too (though when I was a kid each step involved adding more than just one brick).

The only time I lapsed with my ritual was with RiD's Omega Prime.

So. . . Many. . . Awkward . . . Line Drawings.

One of the bad side-effects of still living at home is that I get hassled, almost daily, about not being able to financially support myself.

As such, I typically "hide" my purchases. It doesn't fool anyone, especially once they are on display, but it's habit.

And yeah, I pace around the window, waiting for my packages, and I will open in the car if I can.

I know how that feels.

I usually open mine when I get home, carefully, like a doctor cutting in a patient.  And then i review the instructions, then I proceed with the transformation.

It seems as though I only do this maybe once a month or so.  I can't afford getting huge hauls each week as some have said (jealous'd).

First I take the TF out of the shopping bag and set it down on the Altar of Table that is in my room.  I then go to the holy kitchen drawer, and take out the ceremonial, Holy Box-Cutter of Cheap Quality.  Once a blessed, I push out a short length of blade and proceed to cut the Tape of Clear Packaging.  Upon the end of that task, I open the outer flap of box and remove the inner cradle which holds the sacred Transformer. The Alternators are blessedly simple, and only require the removal of Merciful Banding of Clear Plastic.  However, the Beast Wars figures are bound by the Twist Ties of Torture.  In either case, once removed, the Transformer is freed and the Holy Texts of Instruction unfolded, the inner cradle is returned to the box and the flap is closed.  Upon transformation, the Holy texts of Instruction are also placed into the box.

yessss..........

Fiancee left Cybertron Galvatron in car at work.  Opening now!
