I am surprised no one listed the ugly ape Universe version of Optimus Prime. IMO that easily surpasses the E-Optimus in ugliness. :tdown

Optimus Minor is just fugly. What were they thinkin?

I like the new "fatty prime" & I also liked optimus minor & (bat)optimus prime..........well the toyz were extremely fun to play with but optimus minor was alittle ugly.

I chose Rodimus, but only because he's an unposable stick. But after seeing Op Minor, holy crap, that thing is so ugly it's illogical.

E-prime is pretty bad. You forgot Action Master Prime, with those big ugly Baby Bugy wheels. Big ones in front, little in back started a very disturbing trend. Armada Super Prime from the side looks like the sears tower...

it's gotta go to minor.

Personally, I think several of the "Primes" were horrible. But for absolute worst, I think Machine Wars Prime would tie with Energon Prime:

 

1) Machine Wars Prime didn't even LOOK like Optimus! I had the piece of crap for less than an hour before returning it to the store! It was unposeable, and it's head looked NOTHING like Optimus'!

 

2) Energon Prime looks like the robotic version of Fat Bastard! I dare any transfan out there to put a plaid kilt and bonnet on him, along with a set of bagpipes, and see the resemblance. If I had the money, I'd buy energon Prime just to see if I could kitbash him into something decent.

 

But in all honesty, what's Takara/Hasbro trying to pull here? They will come out with a sweet toy like G1 or MP Optimus, then make a dozen or so horrid "revisions" of them? I'd like to see them come out with an Alternator or MP version of either Super God Ginrai or Star Convoy. ( I know: snowball's chance in hell! Although, if I took a 20th anniversary Optimus, built a modified trailer, and...)
