Got my Masterpiece Starscream Ghost Version in. Haven't opened him yet, but judging by the pictures on the box, I probably could have skipped this one, especially since I already have the G1 paint scheme Masterpiece Starscream on display. I might just keep him in the packaging. If and when I open him, I'll give a verdict on him.
