Don't use paint thinner, since it is clear plastic under that, it will scratch and smear is.  Either use alcohol or paint over it

I took a quick look at my Ravage, I'm pretty sure that the little flap the logo is on is solid black plastic and not black-painted clear.

I have been trying something that has been helping me alot lately but you have to make sure to cleanly wipe the surface after your done.

 

Lighter Fluid. The kind for Zippo's.

 

Just put a couple drops on a cloth of Q-tip and then rub the surface untill the paint comes off. You prob better off using a old wash rag with a littl bet of lighter fluid on it.

 

Just make sure to put a couple drops of water on the cloth in another area to wipe it clean right away after your done.

I used a Q-Tip and my Testor's brush-cleaner to get rid of the 'Con symbol before repainting Ravage into Road Rage.  It worked beautifully.

 

I've also used it to remove the Autobot symbol from Meister's left shoulder, so it would be clean and white for my custom Iacon City Police badge (printed on clear, self-adhesive printer sheet) for Prowl.

 

No damage at all to the plastic on either of them.  :thumb

 

Head doesn't move around as well as I'd like. I used a Energon Ravage beast head joint inside of Swindle's head. Any ideas for a good ball joint socket?!

 

Also...any name ideas?

 

 

And yeah, I already know it's a very simple/novice alteration.
