First off, I'm sorry. I screwed up, and I only have myself to blame.

 

When I first took on this assignment, I honestly believed that I could accomplish it alone. But I was sadly mistaken. In my arrogance, I took on MP devastator. So far, only Long Haul is even partially done, and that isn't very much.

 

But rather than try to hide my shame by letting this project go, I decided that too many people had invested their time and hopes in me. It's hard for me to admit when I need help, but that's what I'm doing now.

 

I need your help.

 

 

I'm asking that five other kitbashers out there in Customs and Repaints assist me with this project. The ideal five I'd like to ask first are:

 

Dark Lord Prime

 

Johnny Reb

 

Lobo

 

Wierdo (already said yes)

 

Opticon

 

If anyone on this list doesn't feel qualified, has time constraints or other projects, feel free to reccomend someone else. If you weren't mentioned and feel you want to take it on, give a yell!

 

The plan is that I will draw up the completed specs, and break them down into six specific packets, complete with recommended parts, suggested building materials, and blureprints of the individual component/robot. This will require coordination and teamwork, but if we do it, imagine it: the first multi-kitbasher project in internet history.

 

I cannot do this alone,and I was a fool to try. But I know that the best and brightest in TFans' kitbashing department CAN.

Sad to hear its not coming along, but its cool that you're admitting you need help with it. S'also very cool that you want other board members to help out...its like a nice big kitbash colab :)

 

As for the names...me? Really? wow...thanks for the mention, but i dont think i'm near qualified enough for something like this. Theres so many people around who are probably much better for this than me. Plus i usually take forever to finish stuff :P Now that i think about it, i dont think i've actually posted anything i've done here. Hmm....looks like i gotta get to work.

 

But anways, good luck to everyone who gets involved...i would love to see a finished MP Dev. :thumb

these are just the names I could think of off the top of my head. Like I said in my post, anyone you guys can suggest, or anyone who wants to do it, give a yell. I'm all ears at this stage in the project. :)

Hey WV. Sorry to hear that MP Devastator is undergoing some setbacks.

 

I would indeed add Viagra Prime and the TFmaster. The things they make are marvellous. Considering his beautiful repaint/kitbash of Wheeljack, Warmachine might also be nice addition.

 

I wish I had the skills to be part of this team up, but alas. Do post pics when everything is completed and combined.

WV, just like everyone else said.....im sorry to hear about MP Dev. but never think that you never sometimes need help aint no shame in it.....also im flattered that my name was on the list. Part of me wants to help out with the construction, but i think my exp. side will beg to differ. my Alt X was a stroke of luck.........but if you think i can do it, ill help..id like to put myself to the test
