People dissing G1 Megs? WAAAAT?

To those dismissing him as a bumbling idiot - Of course, by the time TFTM came out, he took over Cybertron and almost dominated until Prime peaced him out.

Imagine if one the three Reflector robots died, that meant they might not be able to have an alt mode.  Imagine if three robots formed one car.  It's not like a Gestalt that at least if a member is missing or dies they still have their alt modes.  If they are going thru the trouble to combine into something, at least let it be something more useful.

Maybe they shared a spark...? (sorry GeeWun'ers, "laser core") I don't recall them ever acting independently of each other. And all three were always referred to as "Reflector"... I bet if you killed one of them, they'd all die.

Man that would really suck to be them! Bad enough you have to worry about getting yourself killed, now you have two other bodies to worry about.

I think Reflector cloned himself so he could sleep in during Megatron's staff meetings.

Well one of them had a part time job as a game show podium. In the toy version one had a clicking buttom on top of his head as the camera button. But if you transform him by himself he was a square with a button on top. Imagine having your brain pushed down every once and a while :tflaugh

The only TF I dislike is Wheelie.

I hate Huffer. And sometimes Bumblebee.

Bumblebee always seemed to get into trouble, and he didn't seem that cool compared to the others, like Sideswipe, or Grimlock( I was only 5 at the time ). In retrospect i realised Bumblebee was actually a rather likeable character.

I don't have him, but PM Optimus Prime looks lame.

 

As for G1 toys, yeah Wheelie is a given...

 

I'd also like to Judo throw Rodimus Prime in there. Hot Rod is a by far better toy than scared stiff (with making a F*CKING descion) man. At least Hot Rods arms could bend. RP was a feable attemp to get a decent leader that could follow in Optimus Primes footsteps. It really didn't matter though, they killed off RP (toy wise) and brought back Hot Rod and Optimus Prime.

bending elbows > bending shoulders? Poor Rodimus Prime... so much potential, so little actual coolness.
