Cybertron Starscream

Recommended Posts

does anyone have him posed with 20th prime or altenators? i would like to see how he would fit against that line. this wouldb e close to how a non car alt would look, i think.

The measurement estimates I've done between this Starscream & Cybertron Megs And OP vesus Cybertron OP & 20th Prime indicate 20th Prime only goes up to Starscream's chest.

Supreme Starscream doesn't seem to be in scale with anybody.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one excited about this figure.  I understand the gripes people have with it, but at the end of the day, it's a giant Starscream.  And to me, that's awesome.  I will be pre-ordering two of them in a week or two.  Such is the plight of the MISB collector (but only going as far back as Beast Wars, since I don't have hundreds and thousands to spend on TFs).  Are there more Supreme class toys in the works?

Great pics Dragon. :thumb

The size is impressive, and he looks detailed enough for a supreme sized figure but personally I'm going to wait for the Voyager class variation.

For the cost of one supersized SS I can get all of the wave 1 Basics, and Voyagers.  :eek

Now that's thinking ahead. :thumb

The Basicis cost 8 bucks each

The Voyagers cost 20 each

So you would spend 44 and have all the basics and one voyager, and Starscream costs 50

Only if I were in the U.S.

Basics cost $10

Voyagers cost $30 roughly

Ultras probably $40 -$50

Leaders are reportedly $70

and the Supremes are roughly $80

with that in mind I can do a lot better for $80 Canadian than a brick sized Starscream. No offence though to those of you like him or indend to buy him as would I but only on a $20 clearence.

Yes, TRU prices have the leaders at 69.99.  I saw the Optimus and Megs at TRU, and was stunned.  Then I looked below them, and saw Starscream...

:tdown

But if he came down to $20.00 on clearance, I would definetely pick him up too.

I picked up the Cybertron Supreme Starscream over the weekend... mainly because I was curious about him since his first proto pics surfaced. I actually have the Galaxy Force version, but I still thought that this might be a cool piece to have as well.

I know that this guy has been posted over at Remy's forum already, so I don't think that I need to post pics again.

Believe it or not, this thing really isn't all that bad! Sure, some things could have been done better, (like articulated hands), but it has all of the same articulation as the smaller Starscream. It's a pretty heavy and sturdy piece, and the extras like moving guns, retooled arm blades, and a folding nosecone tip are an improvement to the smaller GF one.

It's really not that bad... so IMO I would recommend him if anyone is on the fence about getting it. :tftongue

I'm going to get him because he is big, thus i am sold.

:pfx Sounds about right to me

I'm getting him because I hear that he's supposed to show up later in the series.  Why Hasbro is releasing him now ahead of the possible smaller version is beyond me, but meh.  I'm hoping to pick him up along with Crumplezone and Ransack while I'm in Detroit next week.

Well, he is definitely big, that's for sure. That was one of the selling points for me, too.

Does anyone know what the story is supposed to be - about why he gets supersized? With the crown included, I would assume that is has to do with some type of 'new decepticon leader' ambition that was so prevalent in the G1 days...
