You scare me with your knowledge. :thumb

Really, I'm joking.

Your reserve of knowledge is impressive.

To answer the question about Gonzo dubbing their own stuff, the answer is nope. Pioneer(now Geneon) does most of it, but I've also seen some titles released by FUNimation, ADVision, and Bandai(if memory serves.). TF:Cybertron, I believe, is the first Gonzo title that's being dubbed directly to television. All the other titles shown on domestic TV, have usually been released on DVD first.

Aoi

Good dubbing = good show

Good dubbing - kids + Homages = excellent show

homages suck.

Homages ruin the individual progression of a show, because sh*theads keep requiring the show to do something that ANOTHER SHOW ALREADY DID.

Keep your homages to yourself, and keep the show with a human element...Humans are cool. In case you didn't notice, we are humans...I think some of you are so pathetic, you'd rather be a giant robot than a human, that's why you hate them in the show.

I disagree that a show or movie needs humans to appeal to humans. For example, I thought the characters in Finding Nemo were more human than many of the human characters in other movies. It's all about how well the characters are written. It would be fully possible to have a show with Transformers who were well written enough for people to identify with.

And I don't think hating the humans is a self esteem issue, Most of the time, the kids are written even more poorly than the Transformers themselves, which is often very poor to begin with.

I understand your Homages point and it is your opinion...but at the same time Homages make a lot of sense and can even give more depth. Thats just my opinion, don't assault me for it.

Now...Why do you have to attack people in EVERY post you make? You can't have just a simple post of your opinion or knowledge or simple thoughts, can you?

Anyhoo...the reason people don't want Human in this series, or...let me rephrase that, the reason people are scared of having humans in this series is because the Transformers SHOULD be about Transformers and not the "Friends of Transformers". A lot of people, and not just G1 Purists feel that lately humans have become more of the focal point of a series of shows that's SUPPOSED to be about Giant Robots.

I agree.
