Hey, I dig Pat Lee's puffy robots, and I dig any comic that came out from Dreamwave. It may be harsh on G1ers, but as far as I'm concerned, I'd off the blocky Transformers anyday. Well, I'm off to buy my local newstand's entire Transformer comic shipment. Wish me luck!

We might ask ourselves why Ben Yee decided to post this on his site. I can't see him continuing any sort of business with DW (consultant for BW, press releases etc.) even if this is bulljive. So why did he post it?

I buy ALL transformer comics every week so i contribute to the cause . GO DREAMWAVE NEVER LEAVE , NEVER LEAVE

The Dreamwave comics kick ass! At least those give us great stories. Well Energon is good but the comics are even better. They rule!

Ben has a great site but he was harsh on the Micromasters art work. Sure it was puffy and some proportions were off but it is still WAY better than the G2 comics. Apart from Geoff Senior all the art sucked badly.

And he rather liked it. That was something I would not get. :wtf The story is nice (and a lot harder with several Transformers dying) but the art sucked badly.

Heck, I may just reread those comics. :tftongue TF comics rule. :-D And I should read more. :thumb

I really hope this isn't true, but Ben is probably one of the most respected, and reliable sources of TF info anywhere.

If it were true, the degree that this would suck is incredible. I just received issue 10 and read through it. I thought "Finally, a respectable, cohesive storyline for the TF universe." Yes, the Marvel comics were good, but at least with the current iteration, they are tying to tie in all continuities. What would happen to the Beast Wars series that was planned?

I really hope this is untrue. If it is, it's a dark day for the fandom......

I blame it all on those despicable Megaman and TMNT comics! TF all the way!
