I had the day off of work today and started doing the actual assembly and cutting for parts to make my custom armor for the upcoming Ultra Magnus figure......

 

This chest piece is not even close to being done or even adding the detailing for that matter, but at least gives you a teaser to see what direction I am headed with this.

 

The chest armor you see splits into two pieces.

No, that's gotta be the back. The chest plate had a t-like look to it.

 

It's really great work, and I'd love to fashion the armor myself. Are you just using velcro to hold it together, or do you have something more complicated in mind?
