I picked up another PRiD Starscream yesterday so I could open one. WOW, I love this guy. I have to say, except for Optimus, Megatron, and more so Bumblebee, PRiD has some excellent figures. I bring this up because of Starscream's size. He's a big guy. And although Megs is big, he's just a big deformed, bulk of plastic IMO. Starscream is very detailed for the price.

FWIW, I did see a Walmart reload on Cyberverse Prime figures. They had Breakdown, Dreadwing and Ultra Magnus. They also had the Powerizer BB and the Optimus playset. But zilch on deluxe molds.

Just got confirmation that the Toys R Us in my area absolutely DOES NOT carry Hasbro exclusives, which is just dandy.... ::tffrustrated::

Yeah, it's getting ridiculous. I've been complaining that they won't get new stock in. When they finally, do it's the same old Wheeljack, Cliffjumper, Arcee, etc. I'm still waiting for my preorder to come in from BBTS that has two Vehicons, Airachnid, etc just so I can get some new guys.

It's Hasbro doing it now, with Transformers now on a higher digital channel and only FOC in the mainstream, the next movies years away. Transformers is starting to go into a lull again and Hasbro is making sure it does.

Otherwise they would have fixed the distribution problems 2 years ago, but instead have chosen to leave it as is, and not give us as much as Takara has been putting out recently.

Shame. I love this toy line too. I really hope that your speculations aren't real.

I wish they weren't myself, but it is what everything is pointing at.

Transformers Prime is in the hub, along with past Transformers shows G1, and Animated, soon Beast Wars, it even has Rescue Heroes. While not everyone gets the hub, so most are actually not even getting the Hub.

FOC is following WFC and is the only current Transformers line that is in the mainstream, because it is a video game, and most video games nowadays actually release figures.

DOTM had way less releases than either 2007 or ROTF.

Kreo has been nothing short of a bust, just yesterday I found Devastator on clearance already.

And from what I can tell from HTS, is it is not Hasbro raising the prices its the retailers that are raising them. FOC are $11.99 on HTS, $12.99 at Frys, $14.99 at Target and $15.87 at Walmart (so price match them down)

While Walmart putting Knockout with the Driller and Wheeljack with the Starhammer on clearance at $13. Target raised the price to $28.99. And Target still has DOTM at $16.00 for no reason other that hoping someone missed and is willing to pay

Meanwhile everywhere, the Transformers section of the aisle is getting smaller and smaller, with Hasbro sending out all the old crap that no one wants. and occasionally they send something new

I visited my parents over the weekend in the town I was raised in (it's in southern Missouri) and surprisingly, their Wal-Mart had PRiD Dead End, Knock-Out, and Shadow Bumblebee. So, I'm not sure really what's going on with Wal-Mart's stance on Transformers. I'm mostly annoyed with Hasbro's distribution. I have yet to see a Vehicon anywhere. At this rate, probably never will.

Has anyone seen MP Thundercracker yet? I was on the phone with several TRU stores last night whose inventory showed one in stock (all out of state), but the associates told me they didn't have them. I'm just wondering if I missed my window to get one.

Honestly your better off waiting for him on TRU's website, and he is not due until October
