Hardest Transformers to transform

Recommended Posts

All of them annoy me. Which is why they only get TF'd once and off to the display shelf. :)

Grimlock was the most annoying. Once the 1st piece popped off I said screw it and popped off the others purposely. Made things a heckuva lot easier.

My vote goes to Tracks... tho I must say that Alt Tracks is much easier than BT Tracks, simply becasue of the paint chip issue.  I transformed the BT to bot mode and back once, then relegated him to the shelf, looking all shiny in alt mode. :tfgrin

For me, it's alt Ravage and Grimlock.  Grimlock's arms always pop off along with his undercarriage (looks better in bot mode w/o it anyhoo).  Ravage's missles never stay in place while in bot mode, so I keep them tucked on his back like a rocket pack instead of weapons.

Well, I've only opened Dead End of my 5 BT's, and I transformed it for about an hour  :tfgrin So, I have a lot to learn with these...

For me it was Grimlock. Took me over an hour to get him back in car mode.

I haven't got Grimlock yet, so I can't judge him. But of the Alt's I have I think Tracks is the most difficult. The knee joints are simply to tight and I always have a hard time to stretch his legs or fold them up again, because the knee won't budge.

(BTW: There's a pretty easy way to remove Tracks his engine/gun: open the trunk, turn the car around and behind the frontwheels you can a small part of the engine gun. If you push against this with the tip of your finger, the engine comes loose.)

i'd have to say.. the hardest one to tf is the newest one lol. with time they get easy. even though meister n shockwave are the same the difficulty i had with shoackwave was getting the blaster to straighten up in alt mode and its head to go through the triangle scoop in robot mode.

Smokescreen/Silverstreak pisses me off to put back into alt mode with those damn legs. I remember doing it successfully with Smokescreen once, but can't seem to do it again. I'm afraid of accidentally snapping off the rear windshield or scratching the paint job while trying to bend the knees properly, even worse it's the BT version so you have to be more careful.

Definnitely Grimlock- getting his arms into robot mode position(same with head) is really hard- I've done it properly only once and have him since 3 months(BT version)

I`d say, like everyone else, the Grimlock/Wheeljack mold becuase of the arms and the Tracks/Ravage mold becuase of the legs.

Not that they are hard, just more of a pain in the a$$ than the rest.

All in all these Alt/BT`s are still the best Transformers toys ever IMO.  :thumb  :thumb
