Well Binaltechs aside, Energon Mirage (the gunboat) was so difficult to transform to robot mode, that I still haven't changed him back... And probably never will, since I booted nearly all of my Energon figs to storage.

You've gotta point there  :tflaugh !!

Those G1 flip-bots that were white and blue(one was a drill machine and one was a plane), I could never figure out how to transform them from their vehicle to robot modes, and I spent hours and days trying to no avail....

shell formers can be a Starscream.  bw megs gives me trouble if I havin tf in a while

Defintely for me at least, BW Neo Big Convoy and Alt/BT Grimlock and Wheeljack.  Never did i want to give up more on transforming a figure than i did with those guys.  I was so hesitant to try and transform Wheeljack because of the nightmare i had with transforming Grimlock.  One things for sure, they're all staying in robot mode forever.  :redface
