Sure they will ship to the US and Canada, but I'm trying to order from Iraq, and have them ship it to my house in Texas LOL That is being a pain in the ass for m, and probably why I missed out on the Starscream Skystriker, even though I had him in my cart and trying to buy him for over an HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

EDIT - That was less painful, took me an hour but I was able to get the Preview Optimus Prime in the Matrix case

Just made it through the entire process and it was a bear to say the least. All I wanted was one Transformers Prime "Matrix" Optimus Prime. It finally went through after hitting the "submit order" button three times in a row. This technique seems to work throughout the entire process due to the bogging down. SO, if you are trying to order, hit each submission button more than once. I can't guarantee your success, but this, after trying twenty times, worked for me. I hope everyone gets the items that they want. Plus it's better than paying the inflated prices on Ebay. Don't forget the 10% discount code "COMIC2011". It did work and I only paid $19.38 for my figure.

I just got finished, about 8 minutes ago, ordering a Marvel Universe Sentinel from them. I must've hit 'Process Order' and 'Proceed to Checkout' 10+ times before everything was able to go through. I called 3 times and the voice prompt says that all of their agents are in a staff meeting. Right there, that was a huge WTF in my head. I got my Sentinel ordered, I'm happy, but at the same time, overly disappointed with the response time of their site and lack of staff being able to take a phone call.

That was a nightmare, still got my Matrix Prime set.

Step 5 took forever to actually place the order, but it went through.

Ultimate Optimus Prime is "SOLD OUT". That was fast.

I forgot my password, so now I couldn't order anything. WTF is up with putting an item in your cart and then HTS taking it out when you go threw the checkout? That's like someone taking items out of your cart when you are at the store and giving them to someone else. That's total BS. If I have it in my cart it should stay there until I say I don't want it.

I just finished ordering the Preview Prime. I think he'll make a good display piece in his matrix packaging. The Hasbro site seems to be working much faster than this morning. Hope everyone gets to order what they want. I couldn't justify the $$$ for Ultimate Prime. Yet.....
