The more you guys work at it, the more you'll get your timing down. Maybe look into edititng out any blank time in the video, that way you can take your time filming.

I will look into that. I'm using Nero Movie creator to make these and I really need to figure out how to cut scenes out so It will give me something new to try this weekend.

I'm not very familiar with Nero, but with most software you use splice to make a cut. Want to cut out some video from say 5:30 to 5:35, you would splice at 5:30 and 5:35, the cut out the section of video containing that time. then you would have the peices of video ending at 5:29 and another starting at 5:36. Hopefully the clip wont be to abrupt, but there is ways to work around that (better splicing, clip transition effects).

You guys are doing great, keep at it and you'll have something fun. Try promoting the show by of course linking to your channel. Or make a blog or something and post each new episode to it. That way the show will have a definate place for people to watch or link to. And you could use the blog to post updates on a new episode, RSS syndication, and such. It's fun doing a show, but it's also work. The work part kinda finds its way of not being so bad though :)

It would be a fun little show to watch if you guys were not so rushed. It gives a very nervous feel and you keep stumbling over what you seem to wanna say.

Maybe try cue cards. Write down everything you want to cover in what order so you can be more relaxed and just work through the show.

I'm not saying I'd do any better. I'd be just as excited/nervous doing that for fun, and just may take doing it enough times to loose that feel :tfgrin

Keep the comedy and add more toys !!!

And GO TWINS :yay

We actually used cue time cards this time which did makes us feel rushed and worried we were going to go over the 10 min you tube time. Hopefully we will get better at it. I will definitely try out that topics cards cause man I tell you when you are in front of that camera you start to forget stuff. Thanks for the help we will definitely add that to the show. We plan to add more toys and toy lines as we go. Anything else other then toys you would like to see?

I bet it's hard to keep it down to 10 mins. AND get it done like you want it to be done. Probably feels like 1/3rd the time while on camera. A script would cramp the comfortable feel needed for the relaxed toy fun we all have daily as normal. I'd imagine that 10 mins of goofing off and tossing figures around while you talk about them is alot easier :P

Hey as long as there isn't enough Trans-news to talk about (Generations will fill up that time) any robot related action figure line would be fun to show off. Might even get some of us into new/old stuff.

Good luck & have fun guys.

And GO TWINS :yay

Yeah, I was working at their home field for a total of 12 seasons! :P

Kool :D

I did a little work in the old Twins stadium in the early 80's. Saw some concerts there too. Now it's the Mall of America :wat I grew-up in Apple Valley & Minneapolis was my playground back then.

Now I get to sport my Vikings jersey (B. Favre) around South Milwaukee just to piss people off :P

I was thinking of making that Twins jersey into a Favre jersey...:mwahaha

I actually worked at the metrodome, but several of my coworkers from there had also worked at the old met stadium too.

It was very good, I give it a nine for the footage, but the ending text ruined it to a five or six, don't do that again. If your going to disrespect Transfomers,[sic] your on the wrong website. And you wonder why you have about five people. Do it again and you will only have four.

We appreciate helpful critique, however, playing internet tough guy because we disagree with your opinion isn't all that helpful. Incidentally, if you're going to be so defensive of Transformers, it seems the least you could do would be to spell check your post and make sure you spelled "Transformers" correctly. doh.gif

Thanks to the rest of you for your helpful input. And yes, we've been toying with the idea of writing up a loose script. The trouble is none of our stuff works well when rehearsed.

Okay, fine, I will try to give a helpful critique. Then I will say that how you said it, was better then what you said, but seriously, you can make fun of Transformers all you want, but when you talk about something gay that involves Transformers, you took it to far. It like how ROTF Jetfire took the idea of a defective Transformer WAY too far!

Let me put it this way; I like the show, I did not like the little bit of text at the end. If you fix that and a few stuttering problems, then I and many others will enjoy your shows, now and forever. I guarantee it!

Just to be fair you do realize that they are robots right? There is no way for them to be gay. Its was just a joke. I mean I know my Prime and Megs are not anatomically correct. Then again maybe the Japanese ones are? I mean they are a little more open in Japan. Heck even their Tf cartoons cursed. I mean I could be wrong but Im sure tfs are produced in a factory and given life in both the cartoons and comics by a spark. Im sure Tfs don't have to give each other the birds and bees speech. But either way thanks for the comment. I'll keep it in mind.

You need a better camera and it would help if it were more level with your faces. Your camera should be parallel to the ground (or looking slightly down on you) and you should be farther from the side edge of the screen. Also, it might help if you sat down for this in a clean, well kept area with only one or two excellent figures in the background, like, say, MP Prime, the Dino Megazord from MMPR, Voltron, and maybe something else. Whatever icons from the things you talk about. Random stuff in the background can be annoying, especially if the room doesn't appear spacious.

In other words, don't make the view feel cramped because he's watching the video. I know this won't sound polite, but because of how big your guys are, it's going to be hard.

Thanks for the response. We are currently trying to work out the area. As for the Items in back those are my toy shelves so they look crowded for that reason. Now I will for 1 disagree on 1 Item said. The Whole Megazord thing...... Im SORRY but I will NEVER EVER (Never Ever Yes Never Ever) Have a Power Ranger ANYTHING on any of my shelves. I would rather Burn down my House then to have a Power ranger Toy on my shelf. I would rather have 100 paper cuts with alcohol being poured on them then have a Power Ranger ANYTHING on my shelf. Hell Id rather put a Rainbow brite or Carebears doll up there then ...... Well you get the point. Now the Voltron idea I like. And I do think I have the vehicle Version of Voltron I can put up one day. But you can FORGET Power Ranger Anything. Thats Like saying Throw some Gobots up with your Transformers. No Wait You know what I would even throw up CERTAIN Gobots up on that shelf then Power rangers.

Say what you want about Power Rangers, the TV shows blow hard, but the megazords are cool. If they didn't have the brand "power rangers" stamped on them, you'd probably find them cool, too.

EX:

The Dino Megazord. It's cool as shit.

The Gaoking Megazord and some of its combinations. They're cool as shit.

The Mystic Titan Megazord. It's cool as shit.

Even though they lack poseability, they still look cool and the combinations are fun.

I remember the Dino Megazord. My Little Brother had it. Unfortunately One day Dino decided he was not worth space in our room and decided to go head first from the third floor. Sadly to say he didn't survive. I tried to put him back together with Playdo but I got bored and left him as is. But hey one of my favorite explosions came from Power Rangers. My brother had the turtle one and man we put a bunch of M80s in that thing and watched it blow till it was bits. So yes that was cool.
