I know, but we're never gonna do anything cool like Star Trek so save it for the movies.

I figure it this way, if some kick ass aliens show up one day, I'd rather have them be like, "wow these guys take care of busness. Lets show em how to fly in space" instead of "wow, these guys messed everything up and are trying like hell to get out of dodge. Melt them with the milquavetalerf beam before they spread their war, pestilence, and trash to us"

I had a similar thing happen to me once and it changed my method of displaying toys. I used to have shelves above my bed and... oh you probably know where this is going... :tflaugh

Well one Saturday morning I wake up to some banging in the next room. My dad was in there with his friend HEY! No they were busting up a cast iron tub with a sledgehammer and the whole house was vibrating. Well I somehow managed to sleep through it. I was woken up about 10 minutes later when it started raining Insecticons! I got out of the way fast enough to catch Brave Max as he almost landed on my head! Never again putting toys above my bed! :toxic

behind the wall on the right side of the picture is my parants bathroom and if i had that happen i would have quite a wake up call

^ whats the deoderant turn into :P

Speaking of killer collections, a friend of mine in L.A. used to have a collection of beer bottles above the head of his bed. A few years ago when a moderate tremor hit, they all fell on the bed. The only reason he's alive, he says, is because he'd fallen asleep on the couch that night.

Im in 11th grade now and the last earthquake Washington had in the Tacoma area had was when I was in 2nd grade. A year before I got into transformers. I live by an Air Force Base good thing they don't do sonic booms in residential areas.

Kinda thankful to this thread, it got me to stop procrastinating and reset alot of shelves.

even made room for 1 or 2 more.

I remember when they used to. But that was back before I'd think of putting my TFs on a shelf...
