I have to go with Liege Evilmus. Part of the reason I was disappointed with Universe Silverbolt and Onslaught is that they weren't combiners (as stand alone figures however they are excellent), and thats part of what made them cool in the first place. I wouldn't mind having them as core components, and then buying the other components seperately at the deluxe or even voyager rate if that were feasible. Vortex and Blast-Off were always two of my favorite combiners. They need to come back.

 

Quite frankly I'm also getting bored with combiners. Everytime we hear Hasbro is making new ones theres no surprise factor. It's always going to be one of three gestalts: Devastator, Bruticus or Superion. And thats kind of lame.

 

Menasor, Predaking and Defensor would all be really great to see but I would kill to see a truly menacing Abominus. Or even just a Universe Ultra Hun-Grr. I'd LOVE to see Monstructor too. That'd be friggin sweet, Monstercons FTW!

I will honestly say if Fansproject is doing or if any other company including Hasbro can come close to what they've been doing I would gladly drop the cash on every one of the combiners that got remade. In truth I believe that there was room to update each and every one of em.

 

If I had to choose one though it would be Predaking just because I never owned him. I know he's not technically a combiner but I would love to see Omega reissued as well. (He's technically as big if not bigger than the combiners) :tflaugh

Hasbro tried (kinda) during Energon on the big 3 but came up short.

 

The only thing I can see about the new Bruticus is that it looks to be very articulated, lets just hope that's not a letdown there. Superion is obviously a wait and see.

 

With that said, they all need a good revision. With what we know is coming I'd say Predaking and Computron are probably the 2 I'd like to see most with the P-bots in 3rd.

I'm not sure if I'd like to see Bruticus, Devastator and Superion get any G1-ish updates off the bat, since they've received some homage-y love fairly recently, with the Maximus combiners, so I'd rather see the others get a shot before those three.

 

right, but those updates were horrendous.. a devastator with only 5 robots, which only had 3 different molds, no real hands & no real feet.. the only similarity is the color. i'd hardly call that a devastator update.

Computron and Liokaiser. Though I would be happy if they just brought Liokaiser over or if Takara would reissue him. He is one Transformer that I am trying to save up for
