Well for someone like me who wanted one of every animated figure, this is a real drag.

Nowhere near my area yet :tfsad

But VERY expensive on ebay :eek

lack of demand outside the fanbase maybe?

Animated is still a shelf warmer near me.

Ironic because Animated was made to appeal to children. I know people may disagree and site the many G1 references in the show, but the character design is clearly not for us.

yeah, the kids I know, they liked the Cybertron/Classics figures better. At least when they came over those are the ones they liked. At the time my niece was 8, she always liked Transformers, and couldn't watch it. Same with my 10yr old nephew who is the target demographic.

The fanbase loved the show (well not me) but otherwise it flopped!

I picked up Ratchet and Arcee. Ratchet I liked along with Arcee the only complaint I have about Arcee is because if her feet positions in alternate mode u can't close her canopy completly it leaves a little space in the front

My kid loves Animated.

I was a little put off by the animation but overall I thought it was well writen. The over amount of human enemies was a little offsetting but once it got to the robot action and the overall Autobot/deceptican story line. It was wonderful. As far as the toys. I have only opened and played with Waspinator and the Samuri Prowl. They are very well made and are very posible. I would like to add Arcee with them as I really like the way she looks. Ratchet on the other hand is not one I will really go for. Just don't like his looks.

I'm lovin' both of Arcee's modes and could really care less for Ratchet except for his SWEET Cybertron vehicle mode. VERY COOL. :win Can't wait to track em' both down.

Yeah around here too. A lot of stores still have animated wave on figures clogging shelves.

I picked up an Arcee last night at TRU in Victorville, CA. They only had one Arcee and 2 Ratchets. When the cashier rang it up it wasn't in the system yet for a price, but she went back and got the Animated numbers and that was that!
