So wrong

Look, she already ate his soul, he knows not to try or bother, the same way I know never wed.

I'm lucky my mom knew my transformers were cool toys. She would never dream of throwing any away. She likes them just as much as I do, though as an observer of someone having a good time with toys than from actually playing with the.

I'll tell you what's really wrong....

Going into a Walmart with a barren TF section and then spotting huge pallets full of them wrapped up and placed on top of the huge green racks in the garden shop for weeks on end.

I saw about 6 cases of the NEST alliance packs on a pallet last night and who knows what else. They will sit there for god knows how long too. Sad.

All too often, Walmarts have had new stuff for awhile but by the time they ever get around to putting it out it ain't so new anymore. I guess that's one good thing I can say about Target, nothing comes in (unless it's being held for new planograms) that doesn't get worked out to the floor. No huge wrapped up pallets full of stuff that nobody knows about hanging around there anywhere.

OK, we all know why people do a box swap. They don't want to spend the money again on a new figure.

with some Transformers being very expensive, I can't justify the practice, but I can understand it.

$45 can be a tough nut to pass, and maybe you just have to have that hook arm Prime.

Again, not justifing, just understanding.

Then you get people like this

WTF, It's a dollar, maybe a dollar fifty!?!

I bet the friggin sand cost more :P

I would love to find- or even just hear about someone else who found- a rare vintage TF in good shape that was "returned" in this manner. Some chump that didn't know what he had thought he'd be clever and get a new TF for free, winds up giving away a valuable toy instead. *wishes*

I've said it before, I'll say it again- I will not hesitate to call someone out at the customer service counter if I ever see someone trying this stunt. :fire

Hey cowboy!! Calm down! this is not Prison Break with all that "Calling Out Customer Service" and shit, and if and when someone that is 20+ in age and cant see clearly that his anticipated figure is not what he anticipated, then this should have been a moment of clarity before the purchase, look really well in package first(knowing that he has seen this same felonious act in a topic @ TFormers.com) making DAMN sure before spending that hard earned money on your favorite fig and be happy knowing that you can rest assured YOU can tell what is supposed to be and what is not .

Obviously that Bludgeon was defective, it transformed into a green/gray bull robot... ;)

Big box retailers have this conundrum on their hands. They know that having a liberal return policy makes it enticing for customers to shop there. However, you have morons who take advantage of the situation. Add that to apathetic employees who get paid next to squat and it's the perfect recipe for getting jacked. They need to revert their policy back a bit. If the box obviously looks opened, they either need to call an associate from that department to verify it's a legit return OR exchange as defective for like product.

I had this problem just recently. Just sticky it already like Liege said and move it to the Toy Discussion, or do it to mine. Whatev. But mine has naughty adult profanities being typed at very CAPPEDness.

How about going into Walmart picking up a HA Sideswipe, along with other odds and ends. Noticing the cashier didn't ring up the HA Sideswipe but not say anything pay the $15 bill and walk out with the HA Sideswipe? It's not my fault she didn't ring it up, so why should I have to say anything? Is that wrong?

^ sounds fair to me :thumb

So technically I only paid $20 for each HA since I didn't pay for the HA Sideswipe. And I only have Barricade, Bumblebee, and Sideswipe. Sorry but the Autobot twins are pathetic and I hate the head molds
