I know were supposed to eventually get wingblade prime, but will he be as good as the voyager? Or should I get the 2 pack prime and the wingblade prime so that I have the battle Axe and Magnus Hammer? Even though wingblade prime is supposed to be a retool of 2 pack prime which in itself is a retool of cybertron mode prime.

 

Also im tossing in prowl to, should I just get the samuri armor version and just live with the non-moving shuriken, or should I get the original prowl?

Earth mode deluxe even with the black snot and Samuri Prowl.

 

Those are the versions that suck the least

Well, I kinda took the best of both versions...

 

Take the sweet energon ax from deluxe 2 pack Prime.

Who incidentally is the mold used for the "repainted" power up Prime (with the new Magnus hammer, jetpack and fists). I believe the new parts will fit the voyager, too!

 

I use the voyager Optimus Prime as THE Animated Prime...

 

There is also a KO "leader" Animated Optimus Prime on KOtoys.com. I dont have him, but it is a nice looking upsized voyager painted up very nice...

 

 

Now, Prowl I kinda bashed...

 

Take the Samuraia Prowl and unscrew the legs off. Then pop the arms off, too.

 

I used the original Prowl's lower legs (with gold throwing stars) and the orginal arms and bashed them onto the Samuria body.

 

I loved the blue windscreen and tiny head complete with swileled back "wings" on the Samuria version. But I liked the paint aps and throwing stars of the original's legs and arms. The Samuria arms had less paint and the all blue police lights...

 

The heads were a toss up, but I chose the thinner Samuria version for the nice blue light piped visor... Plus the character is kinda slim. He's a ninja!

 

If you decide to bash the two together like I did, keep Samuria Prowl's thighs, too There are more articulated as they swivel on a sweet hip ball. One of the best deluxe articulated joints...

 

The conversion to bike mode is OK. The feet can be a tad tricky to peg in. But everything locks into place.

Thats a good idea what to do with Prowl! But if you have to get only ONE Prowl, get Samurai Prowl, and Voyager Prime without a doubt! Dlx Prime is ok, but the Megatron SUCKS that comes with him and he doesn't measure up to the awesome that is Voyager Animated Prime. Trust me, Leige isn't much of an ANimated fan anyway, i am. :D

I have voyager prime, and I love him.

Does anyone happen to know a shop off the top of their head that might still have prowl and prime? "not to worried about bulkhead and BB because were supposed to get them soon with the other unreleased figures" BBTS still has prime, but he is still full price with 10$ shipping...

 

Actually since japan is getting animated, whats the chances ill be able to get the figures for about the same price? XD

I saw a Sam Prowl for the first time in a long time today in KMart (had to return some crappy kitchen wear). It was like $13. If you want I can pick it up for you if it's still there later on.

Shipping them in a box is expensive. Fitting them in a $1.81 padded envelope is about $3

 

So figure the envelope, shipping, toy, and a buck to cover PayPal cause I make $0.00 profit when I sell to members you'll be right around $20.

 

I'll go see if they still have him tomorrow. My niece is here today so I'm not going out. I'll also include the reciept
