Lockdown

Ratchet

Enjoy everyone!

Aw hell, beaten to the punch. Alright, let's see what there is to see.

Skystalker=Army Builder!

Brawn=Ironhide's kibblie little brother?

Lockdown=Awesome figure made even better without the animated look.

Ratchet=For a small Ratchet it's better then the FAB. Still pretty cool, I wanna see the repaints as it may make a good gruntbot to combat the Skystalker army :P

Completely new mold.

I'm really disappointed Hasbro decided to make Skystalker's feet spring loaded. :( Like how well his axes were hidden in his wings. I'm still looking forward to this figure.

I'm liking Ratchet, but geez. The poor guy is dwarfed by Lockdown. On that note, I would of loved to see how Lockdown stacks up against Voyager Ratchet.

RoTF Brawn...How to kill: shoot in left hip(instead of shoulder)

So far, my personal to-get list is Skystalker and Ratchet. I'll have to think on Lockdown and Brawn some.

Man, I'd like to see how Lockdown stacks up against a Leader!

That was always the apeal of Lockdown to me. He was a Deluxe figure who could stand against near any class larger. It set a demeanor that he wasn't someone to be messed with.

Kinda like Armada Scavanger in the show. No one was gonna stop him from doing what he wanted, probably because they weren't sure they could.

Outta left field here....watching the transformation of Skystalker. For some reason i got a G1 insecticon vibe. I could see him repainted as Ransack. Call me crazy but when he split the back end in two i thought of him. Am i crazy? you can tell me.

Brawn looks awesome. Love the paint apps. The Deep metallic green and brown looks great. Looks like you actually get the figure thats on the back of the card. simple transformation.He looks like he's got three muskateer boots on in robot mode though. Can't wait to watch the girlfriend stumble through that one but she'll get it as she always does. I like em allot. I'll make the decision when he's in my hand whether or not to a buy him.

Lockdown......Great revisit to this figure. Looks darker, meaner and leaner. I love his Bio too. Makes me think of Doubledealer in his loyal to the highest bidder ways but way more macabre. He's like a grave digger stealing from the dead or a leatherface collecting trophies, i could be taking it a bit far there but i like ghoulish aspect which is sorta what he is and now he looks it. Never liked the animated release of this guy cause IMO it really didn't do justice to the creepiness of his bio. Him and Oilslick will look good together on the shelf.

Don't care bout Ratchet.

Wow, Brawn really lost alot of appeal in my book, that blue/green color just looks really bad in contrast with the silver and brown/yellow of the rest of his body. Vehicle mode looks fine though but man does that robot mode look bad. (at least in my opinion)

Lockdown is just pure awesomeness in a plastic bubble, not only does his animated toy look kickass but now he has an even cooler looking ROTF toy. Must agree me Liege that one of Lockdown's best characteristic's is that he is a take no slag from nobody kind of guy, he can hold his ground against the baddest guys there are and come out with only a scratch, which is why in my opinion Lockdown is probably the best thing to come from Transformers Animated. He wasn't just some character from previous series or some elaborate reference, he was original and one of the most memorable transformers I can think of, right up there with Dinobot and Soundwave in my books.

Ratcher looks much better than his Voyager mold and for $10 less I'll definatley be picking him up along with Lockdown, though now I can't really make the joke of "WhY Do My SHouLdeRz HuRT" with voyager ratchet anymore :tfsad

Never been a big fan of peaugh's reviews: too much describtion of the transformation process and too little description )or comparison) of the alt and robot mode. (I usually fast forward through the transformation because I want to find out that part for myself.

Having said that, he often is one of the first reviewers of the figures and I was already hoping these would be reviewed soon.

- Skystalker: didn't interest me before and he still doesn't.

- Ratchet: same

- Lockdown: didn't like the Animated version and this one is a fast improvement. The many parts popping off was a bit of a letdown, but I think I'm going to get this figure.

- Brawn: the one I was looking forward to the most, but he's pretty kibbly. Still going to get him, but my enthusiasm has been tempered.

Thanks one again to Peaugh the awersome and always reliable YouTube reviwer who has posted a handful of new Transformers N.E.S.T. action figure reviews for all to enjoy.
