I think they went for a construction vibe, but that doesn't excuse them that we have no actual Animated Constructicons. Anyways, I wonder who this'll come with in what wave? Maybe Blackout?

OK, people, when we complain about repaints...

This is why.

If they waited a few years, and gave people a chance to either regret that they didn't get it, or need parts it would probably sell. Otherwise I Gotta agree with the post above me. Origional Bulkhead both Leader and Voyager are huge shelf warmers all over near me, there realy is no need for this.

Agreed---this is frivolous in the extreme.

This mold should have been used again MAYBE and only Maybe if they could have done Warpath from this animation model or something, but honestly, this is almost a slap in the face considering they cancelled the show. In reality, the mold is a one off character and shouldn't be beat to death.

"Here kids, buy this overstock with some new paint slapped on it", Hasbro said. We don't care that you don't know who it is. . . or if you do that it doesn't look like the one you DO know.

He looks like John Deere Bulkhead. . .

Now I can't help but wonder, what if they just took the origional, and did a multi pack with some of the other Animated overstock?

We wouldn't feel insulted, maybe actualy catch a price break, and some product would finaly end up in a good home...

Would that be so bad? Surely it would be better then whatever they were thinking with this!?!

I am totally picking this one up! :thumb

I'd have loved this one - maybe we can get a reprolabel set:

What is that? Some college sports team or something? If were going that route then I demand there be a blue and gold Ultra Magnus.

Lets go Mountaineers!

Yeah, it's the Michigan State Spartans. I want the paw. Go Lions!

:tflaugh

Yes. yes he does. :lol

But bleargh. Horrible figure in even worse colors. And I'm being denied a movie Scrapper again... why?

I'll see your desire for movie Scrapper, and raise you my desire for an Animated one too :beer

I mean, I know, they have to sell repaints to pay for the molds etc., but come on, couldn't they have planned this

a little better to not end up with random repaint Bulkhead---now with more green????

I bet you could just find stickers like that at many sports stores...

you shouldn't need reprolabels just for that!?!

Yes, but it's a Michigan theme. Animated takes place in Detroit. MSU Bulkhead fits with U of M Bumblebee, who appeared in the comics.
