  1. I'm sorry but to all those who believe that TF:Prime is a more mature series/toy aesthetic than TF:A - Hasbro has ruined that argument. If you haven't seen the new Beast Hunters commercial where a toy Prime is fighting a toy Predaking - it's a riot, like a cutesy Super Hero Squad-type riot, complete with "boing"s and other kiddie sound effects. I kind of liked it because I'm a fan of Toy Story and stuff like that, but they really are NOT aiming for sophistication with that commercial!!! :D
  2. Right there with you - some of the most emotionally real TF storytelling out there. I miss TF:A regularly because it was so good. There are numerous moments in the series that are pivotal. How about when Yoketron gives up his chance for life and the way that Prowl deals with that then and all the way through the last episode, when he sacrifices himself? Just good stuff. I have tons of moments from the original series, and it'll always be my number one, but Animated will always be a close second for me.
  3. Is it possible that they've actually reached a deal to release these episodes on DVD since they're showing them on the HUB? I've been out of touch with the forum for a while, so maybe I missed a prior discussion - but does anyone have any perspective on this?
  4. So how tall is Sonicron? Is he any taller than the Music Label Soundwave, who I wish was taller?
  5. AARGH! Thought today was Thursday, the reveal day for Animated Motormaster

  8. I think legends Scorponok suffers from GPS on his tail lance. Mine's crumbling. But I do still like him and Ravage.
  9. Hotspot---saw your post over at TFW---I'm on the Eastern Shore---I'm considering joining you guys on the 22nd, but don't know my schedule and availability yet
  10. I kind of thought most of them were hideous (especially Barricade), so I passed
  11. Picked up Masterpiece Skywarp for $30. Was thinking about getting rid of Starscream and took him out---decided to keep him and get his partner too.
