Movie Toys we will never see

What I really want that Hasbro probably won't do is a life-size Wheelie that turns into a working RC truck

...That... would actually be really cool. :win

One or two more kitchen bots would be cool. Good call masterminicon!

Thanks.

Id like to see the robot replicas arcee triplets .. hell ya

Correct'd

I'd like a bigger Devastator toy that left out the electronics and looked more like he did in the movie. Better posability, more detail, and if it didn't disconnect or transform it would still be a better toy than the supreme one we have now.

i second that.

here is the toy fair 09 hasbro press preview report..

Devastator (Supreme)

Six different alternate figures connect to make Devastator.

The Big combiner takes up space - 2 ft high, about 4 ft wide.

Because the combined figure is so huge, there are no secondary (robot) mode just alternate and combiner limbs.

There will be other figures for each character that have full robot and alternate modes, but will not combine.

last time i checked.. 13 inches is no where near 2 FEET.. now they're saying that it was too big to have individual robot modes.. when in reality.. it's too small.. so by their logic it should have individual robot modes.. but hey.. i don't even care about that anymore.. my main gripes are.. the height.. it would be way cool if it was two feet tall. and more importantly.. i really think they should have at least used the movie accurate number of components. they take "pride" in putting out "quality" figures.. yet it seems like they do everything in their power to cheapen their figures, and make them as inaccurate as possible. .. even though devastators head wasn't silver.. it still would've been nice for them to at least keep his head silver for the production figure.. i mean.. it practically has no paint apps as it is.. would it have hurt their wallets that much to give it a silver face? they already screwed us on bot modes, the amount of components, details, size.. and i think i may call the cops after i buy the figure to report a rape.

Or, you know.. you could just not buy it.. :shrug

Personally, I think there's more of a logical reason to the whole thing. I can almost promise you, they scaled the guy down a lot for safety issues. Then you also have to throw into account the price of oils for plastic, the lights and sounds (albeit lame as they are) and a series of other added things. If you want more proof, Rampage is missing a crap load of paint as well.. but he has rubber treads.. which I think is where all the budget went.

I have absolutely no problems with my constructicons not combining.. it's movie accurate, for one.. it also makes the individual robots so much better when they don't have to "triple change" into an arm or a leg. But thats jmho.

It may not be what a lot of us old farts want, but I don't think it really matters. Kids are gonna be all over that thing.

My votes still for Dispensor. Hell, there he sat in all of his Mountain Dew vending machine glory in the dorm room in the sequel. Damn he would be COOL!

I always thought it would be cool to get a fig of the mountain dew machine from the first movie.

I also wouldn't mind seeing the Xbox 360 bot too.

And maybe a HA toy of the vehicle with the living steering wheel. It would actually transform into a robot, but it would come with the screaming and the steering wheel would transform and attach to her face...

I'd buy it.

I'd also buy a version of Sideways that was a LOT more accurate to his CGI design. I love the Sideways I've got, but his CGI design is absolutely killer. And we'll never see it. Unless it's released as a RR...and that's not what I want.

Like others have said I would love to have the mountain dew bot ( i believe Dispensor is his name ) and I kinda would like to have some of the ancient Primes. I mean some of them looked so cool and interesting. Also some looked so close to the fallen's design that they could just retool The fallen and add a new head and maybe new arms. Also would it be too much to ask to see the Decepticon protoforms at the final battle in ROTF?
