One thing to remember... has there been ANY "large" car to have been made into an Alt/BT yet? No. I doubt HasTak's going to go beyond the price point they already have for the line and create a much larger figure out of a much larger car. They seem to want to keep that 1/24 size, and, if so, something like a pickup truck, Magnum, or SUV is going to be way too large.

If you went with a full on longbed, crewcab dually pickup yeah, it'd be way too big. But a single cab shortbed wouldnt be a whole lot bigger than Hound. And besides, a back-to-basics bodystyle like that would just work better than something with all that extra bodywork.

Yes, I've thought about that too. I can't see any larger automobiles being made, as they would not fit in the box, at least not well. There could be an Alternator that's longer than the car's we've seen now, but it would not display well in the box.

Well, like every other TF line ever, there have been your entry-level sized figures, whether they're Mini-Cars from G1, Minicons from Armada, or Omnicons and Terrorcons from Energon.

Up next are a larger standard size, corresponding to G1's Autobot cars, Supercons like Hot Shot and Cyclonus for Armada, and smaller Autobots and Decepticons like Starscream and Inferno.

Up next is still a larger size . . . until you get to monsters like Omega Supreme (in any incarnation), Unicron, Fortress Maximus . . .

You get the idea. The point is that Alternators can get as big as they want. Alternators could come in a larger class size not yet seen. To say that a larger figure is impossible because it wouldn't fit into a smaller box doesn't make sense. Does that mean that Alternators should not have been made because they wouldn't fit into an Omnicon package?

teh random, useless bump? :tflaugh

I thought Trailbreaker was a "big" Chevy Blazer (when they had the removable tops). So it would seem to me that he get a mold from a Chevy Trailblazer (duh) or GMC Envoy.

Regardless of the crappy situation with Sunstreaker and Trailbraker ( 2 awsome bots that deserve the BT treatment) I really hope we see them comming out as them self later on. preferably with new bodys. I just don't see Trailbreaker as a jeep.

Nah, that's the Rodimus Prime!

T3h resurrection? Ooooook... I have a grey 2004 Trailblazer and I could easily see him being Trailbreaker.

I believe I read G1 Trailbreaker was a Toyota Hilux, but I can't find any pictures of one that old...

Dude....it's Trailbreaker...If you're getting a toy, he's gonna be a re-repaint of Swindle.

Nopoe.

Notice a pattern that every 1 carmold (basic chassis, built for different jobs) gets 2 Bots.?

Smokescreen/silverstreak

Hound/Swindle

Dead End/Sideswipe

Meister/Shockblast
