Think I may get the visor coloured though

Considering that all of the other Autobots have had painted blue eyes, I don't think that test shot's head is completely finished. My guess is that his visor will be similar to Meister's.

Meh... I'll get him, but compared to the others I'm not liking the direction this line is taking. First Grimlock, then Ravage, and now this. They should start giving these guys new identities; the resemblance to their original counterparts is really diminishing.

Overall I like it, not to keen about the soft top, but oh well. My only real complaint is that I dont like his ankle joints, they look out of place and flimbsy, but it may not be transformed 100% Correctly so I will wait to pass judgement until then.

 

Otherwise I plan on getting this to add to the Alt Army.

So he doesnt have Windcharger's original design cues so much...how many recognizeable or iconic features did he have to start with? He's a red sportscar, so there's enough tie-in right there. Im diggin' it. Didnt think Id like it in a darker red, but it compliments the car nicely, and looks to be the exact shade of his GeeWun self, if thats your bag. The soft top would hit the trash though, this car looks way better top-down as do most drop tops.

well it has definitely hit home that this mold was prolly meant to be overdrive. their heads are damn near exact as is their color schemes. me thinks they lost the rights to that name, either way i'll be gettin this fig! he looks tight! i too am not feelin the soft top, but car mode is still nice!

I like the multiple transformation options and overall look.

 

I'm not much of a Honda fan, but this Alternator is pretty freaking cool.

 

I'm going to try VERY hard to swap his weapon with someone elses.

Something that seems weird to me:

 

Why are there only 2 Alternators with projectile weapons so far? (Windcharger's cannon looks like it has a missle, and so does Somescreen GT)

I would rather not see pprojectile weapons. That is just another peice to lose. :redface
