Mine is from the episode of War Dawn where the Autobots are pinned down by the Decepticons, but two minutes pass, and the Aerialbots return over a time window, not only pushing the decepticons back, but turning the headless guardian robot into scrap (after taking a beating of course as Superion). The decepticons flee, as an enraged Slingshot yells after them,

 

"You'll never get away from us Megatron, we won't stop fighting till your finished, you hear!"

My favorite would have to be in the episode the Golden Lagoon. After Pereceptor and Seaspray are captured, and Megatron returns to the base he says "The brilliant scientist Perceptor, and the naval tactician Seaaaspray........I'm sure you have many Autobot secrets to reveal !!!" I thought this was hilarious for some reason.

He said it a couple times, and I cant name episodes but

"I prefer not to get involved in domestic disputes"

 

I heard that more times in G1 than that "freedom of sentient beings" crap(actualy,I dont think they ever said thst in the show)

Well, since I agree with you on the whole "Frank Welker/Megatron" thing. The animated movie, after they've balsted everybody on the ship, and ironhide crawls up to Megatron. When he looks down at ironhide and says "Such heroic non-sense !!" Classic !!!!

When Optimus Prime and the Autobots were on a ship going toward's the sun and one of the Autobots blamed him for being an asshat (I think it was Sunstreaker who said that the Autobots should take their frustration on the person (Optimus Prime) that was responsible for getting them in their situation in the first place) - this is from part 2 of "Megatron's Master Plan".

 

The funniest quote, EVER, was from the first episode of "Rebirth" in the last season where Triggerhappy and Slugslinger were running into a cave in Nebulos when hunting down the Autobots hiding imprisoned in there. They ran in shooting as soon as the Autobots shooting, and Triggerhappy said as he entered:

 

"You turn on Triggerhappy!" :lol
