Am I the only one who thinks the "Custom of The Month" should be split into two categories? One for big/extensive projects like Bruticus, scratch-builds and heavy mods, and one for smaller/less-intensive projects like minor mods and repaints?

 

I don't think it's very fair for deluxe KB's/repaints to go up against Masterpiece combiners and such, is it?

I agree also, but seeing the plethora of nominations we've got for this month, It's safe to say if we nominated EVERY custom between now and Dec 24th for Dec's COTM, we're lucky to have 5 total - breaking those into subcategories, will result in nominations by themselves.

 

This was the reason I was mentioning needed moderation upon what was nominated.

 

Another potential problem would be finding and giving out prizes for multiple categories.

Well, that's why I was only suggesting two categories: big/extensive things (combiners, masterpiece-sized, scratch-builds, heavy modification), and smaller/less-intensive (simple straight repaints, minor mods).

Well there are 4 new customs up since the 25th so I'm guessing that with the 2 noms that were left over that's 6 so far eligible for next month's poll.
