Seriously, there hasn't been any kind of overlap even in accessories between modes. I wouldn't be surprised if the robot mode was twice the height of the dino mode, or half the height.

So with the new pics, it looks to me like his Dino Mode (standing straight up) is around 10-11 inches tall, right? He's not gonna be that massive at all. I'd be surprised if he was MP Prime's height. Doesn't bother me though.

Just from my understanding of the fans - they want a 13-15 inch tall Grimmy. Which is like WTF? to me. Just going by what they seem to saying, of course I'm probably misinterpreting their own exaggerations. But... :shrug

I think people are just a bit farged up, myself included.

But, no I don't know what the issue is. If it's the "Grim is bigger than Prime" issue, then yes, yes he was. Does that mean this guy has to be too? Not necessarily. JMO.

He doesn't need to be larger then Prime/Megatron, but he should be relatively close. Maybe 10-11 inches depending on mode.

 

Also, notice in the new pic how his dino legs extend out to make him taller. Pretty cool. PLUS articulated fingers in dino mode :D And even know ppl are saying hes got a fist hole, he doesn't. Thats just they way his hands look closed.

 

This is gonna be one amazing toy !!!!

I love the Godzilla-esque shot of him roaring as he's half-shadowed.

I don't think this issue's going away until we get a shot of Grimlock next to another MP.

 

There's a reason Tomy's been using G1 and Classics Prime in these photos, it's so Grimlock looks bigger.

The dino legs/robo arms are more than enough to figure out how tall he is. He's taller in dino mode by about the distance of his dino head.

 

 

 

Looks like when you move his dino tail it causes a corresponding movement of his dino head, that's cool.
