i got a question when it comes to the live action movie trilogy

 

assuming that they bring ultra magnus into the movieverse when it comes to the whol brothers scenario

 

how would it go over with the fanbase if optimus as the self sacrificing hero were to literally go out in a blaze of glory with his death and rebrith happening in such a way that in a moment of severe greif magnus uses the allspark to overload his spark but with the twist on the matter being that, instead of magnus dying he uses it as a way to for him to both journey into the allspark and in finding optimus primes spark, forcibly merges primes spark with his own with the direct side affect of this action in the living world being that ultra magnus's living body is literally split into 2 living beings,

 

one of them being ultra magnus and the other being the newly resurrected/reincarnated optimus prime

 

at the very least the whole thing would be a rather plasuible duex ex machina scenario

that final scene towards the end where superman gives his life to stop doomsday even as he himself dies in a final blaze of glory. thats the kind of death scene i'm talking about when it comes to optimus prime.

Well if you take into account every incarnation of Prime, including the comics and such - I'd definitely give it to Optimus. Poor Bastard.

 

 

 

No offense to the OP here, but I REALLY don't want this to happen at all. I'd rather Magnus come in and not have any ties to Prime at all, other than being his good friend or General/Lt. under Optimus. And no resurrected Optimus stories please. If you are gonna kill Optimus, take him out and keep him out. Done and done.
