I'm also hoping that Megatron stays dead but more than likely he will be coming back for the 3rd movie.

Near Deaths don't count, how about for a first have Jazz comeback and for the Decepticons have Blackout return. He was the coolest of the Decepticons that died

Nowadays, it would likely be a Blu-Ray disc because Paramount needs to save face from adopting HD-DVD.
